Working as an Associate Lawyer within Intellectual Property & Technology at Roschier

At Roschier we work with leading blue-chip companies on assignments that impact international business and market development.

The Intellectual Property & Technology team advises within IP IT digitalization media marketing and consumer law data protection and other regulatory matters. The teams professionals are widely experienced in all aspects of IP and technology-related legal and business issues having had the opportunity to collaborate closely with regional and global premier brand owners and market leaders in a variety of sectors excelling both in commercial work and in disputes.

Since technology-driven companies often act in regulated industries such as HealthTech FoodTech FinTech and GreenTech or supply goods or services to the public sector the team is also advising on regulatory compliance and acting in matters before authorities and administrative courts including in license applications and public procurement appeals.

Your profile

For this position we are looking for you who have approximately 1-3 years of work experience after graduation and are eager to contribute to the teams continued success. You may have worked within either IP litigation IP contracts IT contracts consumer and marketing law advice or regulatory matters such as data protection. However prior IP experience is not essential if you have gained experience from working with transactions or disputes and have a genuine interest in developing within intellectual property.
