Toca Boca is looking for a highly proactive and creative Ambassador Program Specialist to join our Marketing team! In this role you will be the driving force behind the continued evolution of our global Superfans program and the Superfan Hub - our dedicated creator platform designed to inspire support and scale our community of brand advocates.

This is a contractor position with an initial contract of 12 months and we are looking for someone with previous experience working as a contractor.

What Youll Do

• Empower the community: Lead the strategy development and growth of Toca Bocas global Superfans program and the Superfan Hub platform.
• Spark creativity: Design and launch engaging initiatives challenges and community activations that inspire User-Generated Content (UGC) and long-term brand advocacy.
• Build relationships: Foster a welcoming and inspiring environment by building authentic relationships with creators and community members making them feel recognized and rewarded.
• Drive platform innovation: Develop educational resources (like the Creator Academy) streamline communication flows and optimize the overall Superfan Hub experience to support sustainable scalable growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Social Media Community Management Brand Legal and Product teams to align community initiatives with broader marketing goals while ensuring digital safety best practices for youth audiences.
• Analyze and adapt: Leverage community engagement data and UGC performance to refine your strategies and keep Toca Boca at the cutting edge of fandom behaviors and platform trends.
