Maternity Cover Sales & Administration SpecialistGothenburg

We are looking for a structured and hands-on Sales & Administration Specialist to join our team in Gothenburg on a temporary maternity cover.

This is a broad and varied role with responsibility across sales operations administration and finance acting as a key link between local activities and central teams.

About the role

You will be working in close cooperation with the Commercial Manager and with central functions in Italy (Supply Chain & Customer Service).

You will be part of a small and close-knit local team working with a high level of ownership and autonomy while collaborating closely with central functions.

The role offers a high degree of independence and responsibility with exposure to multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-cash process (order entry shipment coordination invoicing)
• Plan and monitor stock levels in collaboration with suppliers and warehouse
• Handle customer communication documentation and operational requests
• Perform administrative and accounting activities (AP/AR payments reconciliations)
• Support monthly closing and reporting
• Prepare sales and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal procedures

Your profile

• Experience in administration finance or sales support
• Comfortable working in an ERP system (experience with Business Central is an advantage)
• Structured reliable and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (Swedish is required)

Location and working hours

You will be located in a Co-Working Space in Central Gothenburg with full flexibility in organizing your presence (smart working available).

Work is organized on a Monday-Friday basis. We are currently considering both part time and full time applications.
