Job Summary

Job Description
We are looking for a collaborative and adaptable Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team in Sweden supporting our Nordic entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment is eager to learn new systems and wants to actively contribute to the ongoing transition to NetSuite.
You will work closely with colleagues across the Nordic region to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate accounting processes while supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
Your tasks:
  • Invoicing & Accounts Payable / Receivable
    Manage supplier and customer ledgers and support the invoicing process
  • Finance Operations
    Handle day-to-day general accounting tasks and ensure accurate and compliant financial records
  • Month-End & Year-End Processes
    Prepare timely and accurate monthly P&L and balance sheet journals support reviews and assist with year-end closing activities
  • Internal & Client Support
    Respond to finance-related inquiries from internal teams and external clients in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • System Transition Support
    Actively support the migration to NetSuite and continuously develop your skills in modern financial systems and tools
  • Collaboration & Backup Support
    Work closely with the Nordic finance team and provide backup support where required
Your skillset:
  • Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field with vast experience in a similar accounting role
  • A strong team player who enjoys collaborating in a dynamic fast-changing environment
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and high attention to detail
  • Openness to learning new financial systems and tools; NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in an international cross-border environment
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
