• Develop and manage a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales margin and design-in targets
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutroniks product portfolio
• Plan and conduct customer visits annual negotiations and contract discussions
• Coordinate quotations orders samples delivery schedules and customer projects throughout the sales process
• Work closely with Internal Sales Product Marketing Field Application Engineers and Supply Chain teams
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and develop joint customer strategies with manufacturers

• Professional experience in B2B sales account management or technical sales
• Ideally a background in electronics distribution electronic components or a comparable technical environment
• Strong commercial awareness negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Structured and proactive way of working with the ability to manage several customer projects
• Fluent Swedish and good English skills; willingness to travel within the sales region
