We are looking for an Access Lead (Sweden and Finland) who is collaborative curious care-focused to join our Patient Impact European Mid-Market team to be based in Sweden.
In your role as Access Lead you will enable timely equitable patient access to UCB medicines like bimzelx and pipeline products across Sweden and Finland. And connect human insight from healthcare systems with scientific evidence shaping pricing reimbursement and partnership approaches that reflect patient value. You will foster strategies for new and established assets prepare high-quality access submissions and support agreements that fit national and regional needs. Your work will balance rigorous data with thoughtful collaboration helping healthcare decision makers confidently adopt solutions that matter to this role you might have the opportunity to guide and support a few direct reports fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment where everyone can do their best work. You will help set shared priorities and encourage effective ways of working together.
Market Access and External Engagement colleagues in Sweden and Finland in close partnership with Medical Affairs Regulatory Affairs and Commercial teams. And you are going to be supported by a cross-functional country community that values learning openness and shared ownership. Together you will co-create evidence value communication and stakeholder engagement plans while fostering an environment where different perspectives are welcomed and good ideas are strengthened through collaboration.
- You will enable access plans across Sweden and Finland for UCB assets.
- Coordinate roles and ways of working across the access community.
- Shape pricing and reimbursement approaches with patient value at the centre.
- Prepare access submissions and support health technology assessment interactions.
- build partnerships and agreements that fit national and regional needs.
- You will engage payers and decision makers with clear evidence-based value narratives.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in health economics public health pharmacy medicine or related.
- Ambition of working in a leadership role or you are in a leadership role including managing and developing direct reports and leading cross-functional ways of working.
- At least five years experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare market access environments.
- Strong experience with pricing reimbursement pathways and contract preparation with payers.
- Ability to create health economic evidence and real-world evidence plans.
- Fluent Swedish and English; comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders across Sweden and Finland
