Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly professional and efficient customer support via phone email chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders deliveries accounts payments products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate clear and relevant information.
• Handle questions complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes platforms products and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions requests and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products services policies and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portugueseresidency card
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
