We’re looking for a Medical Records Coordinator to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond), and we’re a little obsessed with redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry. In this role, you will review personal injury client files to determine medical treatment details and obtain complete medical records by coordinating with law firms and healthcare providers. You will organize and prepare records and exhibits in a clear, chronological format. You will also ensure all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with HIPAA requirements. Who are you? As a Medical Records Coordinator at Steno, you’ll make a direct impact on our clients by ensuring timely, accurate, and well-organized medical records that support their cases. You’ll serve as a key point of contact between healthcare providers and law firms, helping deliver the high level of service Steno is known for.
