Intern Application Support
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Work on 24/5 operations including local holidays and weekends. Roster basis shifts will be allocated. (Morning 4.30am -12.30pm / Day 11.00am 8.00pm / Night 7.30pm 4.30am).
- Work with international clients and the internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the VitalHub product suites.
- Ensure compliance for given SLAs and OLAs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate in Computer Science IT or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication presentation interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to converse with clients in other countries.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to troubleshoot issues on the applications and their environments.
- Possess relevant computer literacy.
- Knowledge with SQL is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with an open and flexible mindset.
