Position Overview

As part of the Platform team at Zacua Ventures you will play a key role in building and scaling the firms value creation engine across our global ecosystem.

Zacua operates a differentiated model at the intersection of venture capital and critical industries working closely with some of the worlds largest corporations in the built environment. This creates a powerful two-sided platform: enabling startups to access strategic customers partners and expertise while delivering innovation and insights back to our industry investors.

In this role you will work hands-on with portfolio companies corporate partners and the investment team to drive meaningful outcomes: supporting commercial growth facilitating strategic partnerships and strengthening Zacuas global network.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of startups corporates and venture capital and wants to help build a best-in-class platform function.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Support & Value Creation

• Partner with portfolio companies to help them scale successfully providing strategic support across key business functions including growth operations fundraising talent partnerships and comms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders by connecting them with Zacuas network of corporate partners investors industry experts and fellow entrepreneurs to unlock opportunities and overcome growth challenges.
• Support and champion founders building transformative solutions to some of the worlds most pressing challenges including sustainable infrastructure housing energy resilience and climate innovation.
• Help design and execute a scalable platform program inspired by best-in-class VC platforms (e.g. founder support commercial acceleration knowledge sharing)

**Corporate & Investor Engagement

• Help manage and activate Zacuas network of industry investors (LPs) ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement.
• Support the development of initiatives that deliver strategic value to corporate partners (e.g. innovation scouting pilot opportunities curated insights).
• Creation of investor support materials like quarterly reporting LP updates data requests performance summaries and investor-facing materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Zacuas ecosystem and develop new partnerships.

Ecosystem Building

• Contribute to expanding Zacuas global network of founders operators and industry leaders.
• Support the organization of events (internal and external) roundtables and thematic initiatives that connect startups with industry. Including coordination of Zacuas AGM the flagship event of the fund
• Help position Zacua as a leading platform-driven VC in the built environment.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with co-investors and follow-on investors by providing regular updates of portfolio progress and understanding its priorities.

Internal Operations

• Support the management of CRM systems and internal tools to track interactions across portfolio companies and corporate partners.
• Help ensure structured communication reporting and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 38 years of experience in high-speed demanding environments such as consulting investment banking startup operation acceleration programs or a related field.
• Experience across startups VC and large organizations; ideal candidates bring exposure to all three environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how startups grow and sell into enterprises.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in partnerships business development operations or go-to-market roles is highly relevant.
