Job Summary
Join Liebherr a global leader in engineering and manufacturing as we continue to build and scale our IT Shared Service Centre (LSS) in Madrid. We are looking for a motivated Project Analyst (PMO support for Onboarding & Operations) (m/f/d) to support the smooth execution of our global transformation programs such as our S/4 HANA greenfield implementation.
In this role you will play a key part in coordinating onboarding activities for new team members and supporting day-to-day PMO operations. You will work closely with international teams primarily based in Germany ensuring that processes run efficiently and that new resources are integrated quickly and effectively. This role offers a great opportunity to grow into broader PMO or project management responsibilities over time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization coordination and working in an international environment while gaining exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs.
Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding of new team members ensuring all required tools accesses and documentation are in place.
- Act as a central point of contact for onboarding-related topics supporting new joiners during their first weeks.
- Handle and track PMO-related tickets and requests ensuring timely resolution and proper follow-up.
- Support day-to-day PMO operations and administrative activities ensuring smooth execution of processes.
- Maintain and update project documentation onboarding materials and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate with international teams (especially Germany) to ensure alignment and consistency of processes.
- Support the organization of meetings workshops and onboarding sessions.
- Monitor onboarding progress and highlight potential issues or delays.
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a coordination administrative PMO or project support role in a SAP rollout.
- Experience handling end to end onboarding processes for new joiners in the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable handling tickets in Jira requests and coordination tasks in a structured way.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others.
- Ability to work independently in a structured and reliable manner.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of project environments in IT organizations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel international (up to 30%) as required by project work.
