Job Summary
Join Liebherr a global leader in engineering and manufacturing as we continue to strengthen our Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) capabilities within our IT Shared Service Centre in Madrid.
We are looking for a motivated Domain Architect Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions (m/f/d) to support the evolution and governance of business capabilities and IT demand across Liebherrs Mixed Sales and Service Companies (MSCs).
In this role you will act as the architectural counterpart for the Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions domain including business areas such as Finance Controlling Human Resources Enterprise Steering Reporting & Analytics and other Business Support Functions. You will support business stakeholders by evaluating solution options and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles target capabilities and strategic business objectives.

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we operate a hybrid model requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site on a weekly basis.
- Act as the Domain Architect for the Enterprise Steering & Businesssupportfunctions domain supporting the evolution ofIT-enabledbusiness capabilities across Liebherrs Mixed Sales and Service Companies (MSCs).
- Analyze business needs and initiatives providing architectural guidance and recommendations aligned with enterprise standards target architecture and business priorities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives operational challenges and transformation priorities across Finance Controlling Human Resources Enterprise Steering Reporting & Analytics and related business support areas.
- Support the evaluation of business requirements and solution options from a business capability and enterprise architecture perspective.
- Ensure alignment between business demand enterprise architecture principles and existing application and process landscapes.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) Solution Architects and delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency and alignment across initiatives and domains.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of business capability maps domain roadmaps and enterprise architecture documentation leveraging tools such as LeanIX.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and IT stakeholders to support prioritization and alignment of initiatives.
- Promote standardization simplification and harmonization across Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions processes and solutions.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Technology Engineering Finance or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business architecture enterprise architecture business consulting or related roles in complex international environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes within Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions domains including Finance Controlling Human Resources Reporting & Analytics or related areas.
- Experience translating business needs into architectural recommendations target capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
- Ability to work across business and IT organizations balancing strategic objectives operational needs and architectural governance standards.
- Experience working in transformation programs or multinational environments with complex application landscapes.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) practices and tools such as LeanIX including business capability mapping application portfolio management and architecture governance.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills including interaction with senior business and IT leaders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g. German or Spanish) are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%) as required by project work.
