About the job:

As a Principal Manager Risk Admission you will play a key role in assessing complex transactions acting as an advisor to the business team in structuring operations always from a risk perspective. Your technical judgment and analytical rigor will contribute to sound decision-making by the risk committees ensuring prudent management aligned with Sparks strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Education:

  • University degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Engineering or related fields.

  • Postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance Financial Risk or Startup Investment will be valued.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 68 years of professional experience in enterprise or corporate risk analysis venture debt or financing for high-growth companies.

  • Experience in international environments and exposure to the European startup and venture capital ecosystem is highly valued.

  • Strong understanding of technology-based business models unit economics and investment fund dynamics.

Languages:

  • High level of English (minimum C1). Other European languages are a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in credit risk assessment methodologies and corporate finance.

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and wholesale banking risk policies.

  • Ability to assess companies with non-conventional financial structures (startups venture debt convertibles etc.).

Soft Skills:

  • Autonomy and strong technical judgment.

  • Proactivity curiosity and continuous learning mindset.

  • Focus on quality and analytical accuracy.

  • Effective communication and influence across multiple stakeholders.
