About the Job:
Youll have a rotation between surgical nursing and reception shifts - so youll always have a variety! Whether its creating bonds with our clients in reception performing nurse consultations or focusing on our hospital and surgery patients. We plan our days ahead so you will always have a clear understanding of what your day will look like!
Our clinic is a place where growth is encouraged with access to practical training programs all year round. We love initiative and will support you in being the best nurse you can be!
Weare equipped with EzyVet and Smart Flow to support efficient patient care. Our clinic includes digital xrays dental radiography inhouse ultrasonography inhouse pathology and a fully equipped surgical suite where we perform a range of procedures including orthopaedic surgeries.
About You
- Youre flexible reliable and able to work 38 hours a week including Saturday rotations (8-2pm)
- Youre passionate about patient care and always advocate for best practice. Yet youre open minded and eager to learn new ways to work!
- Youre proactive! Youre able to keep the clinic running smoothly managing the reception area assisting the vets in between consults or preparing for the next surgery.
- You have your Cert IV in Vet Nursing or equivalent and preferably have 2 years of clinical experience.
