Job Summary
An elite position has opened for a discerning nursing professional to deliver custom 1:1 healthcare to an 80-year-old VIP client. Traveling aboard a private luxury yacht you will visit the most exclusive coastal destinations in the Mediterraneanincluding Marbella the Algarve Mallorca Ibiza the Côte dAzur Monaco and Greecewhile ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Working alongside high-caliber Western-trained Physiotherapists and under the direct supervision of a Western-trained Lead Doctor your duties include overseeing detailed medication management tracking chronic conditions and heading medical coordination. The scheduling model utilizes double-nurse shifts guaranteeing that a secondary professional is always on duty to maintain optimal safety and clinical excellence.
Education: Western-accredited 4-year BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.
Experience: A proven track record of at least 4 years in recent acute hospital settings (ICU emergency room or similar critical care).
Languages: Native or professional fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
Commitment: Fully available to accompany the client on extensive international journeys.
Salary: 60000 GBP per year completely tax-exempt.
Housing: Private accommodation provided on-site at no cost.
Time Off: 30 days of paid annual leave.
Travel Costs: All international business travel is organized and paid for.

Required Skills:
Medical degree from the UK Ireland Europe USA Canada Australia or New Zealand. Minimum 5 years post-specialisation. Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine preferred. Fluent English essential. Private medicine concierge medicine executive health remote medicine travel medicine or yacht medicine experience strongly preferred. High discretion clinical autonomy and international travel flexibility required.
