The team

Youll be part of the P&O Transformation team working at the heart of strategic change across the Operating Unit. This team is responsible for driving large-scale transformation programmes that improve how the organisation operates supports its people and delivers value to the business. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment youll partner with P&O leaders transformation specialists business stakeholders and operational teams to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives

What were looking for

Proven experience (5 years) supporting transformation programmes organisational change initiatives or large-scale projects ideally within a People & Organisation/HR environment.

Strong project management planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Ability to navigate ambiguity manage complexity identify risks and drive progress in a multinational environment

Bachelors degree in Business P&O HR or a related discipline. Project Management Change Management Agile PRINCE2 PMP Prosci or Lean Six Sigma certifications would be advantageous and/or extensive experience in this field.
