Trading Manager Madrid Region

Key Accountabilities:

• Define and implement the commercial procurement strategy for Madrid Mill in coordination with the Fiber Supply Manager.
• Ensure a stable and competitive supply of recovered fiber and raw materials aligned with the mills operational quality and volume requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers waste management companies traders and key market stakeholders.
• Identify and attract new suppliers and business opportunities in both domestic and export markets.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends pricing movements availability and competitive landscape.
• Perform data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities operational efficiencies and supply chain synergies.
• Negotiate purchase prices and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations Logistics and Mill teams to ensure smooth material flows and alignment between procurement and production needs.
• Manage and follow up on orders claims incidents and supplier-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the commercialization and sale of secondary materials such as paper plastics and metals when required.
• Ensure accurate reporting administrative support and maintenance of procurement-related documentation and KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing logistics and operational processes.
