Estamos buscando un(a) Terapeuta de Spa (Especialista en Masajes) hábil y comprometido(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo de spa en Ibiza y ayudar a nuestros clientes a relajarse y desconectar mediante el poder del masaje terapéutico. Como Terapeuta de Spa desempeñarás un papel crucial en mejorar la experiencia general de bienestar de nuestros miembros e invitados.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Realizar una variedad de técnicas de masaje incluyendo sueco tejido profundo maderoterapia aromaterapia y otros tratamientos especializados.
- Realizar consultas detalladas con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades y preferencias específicas.
- Proporcionar servicios excepcionales de spa asegurando los más altos estándares de profesionalismo y satisfacción del cliente.
- Crear un ambiente sereno y acogedor en las salas de tratamiento para mejorar la experiencia general del spa.
- Mantener registros precisos de las evaluaciones de los clientes los planes de tratamiento y el progreso.
- Asegurarse de la limpieza e higiene en las salas de tratamiento y las áreas del spa.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo como la recepción para ofrecer una experiencia integral de bienestar.
- Mantenerse actualizado(a) sobre las tendencias del sector y asistir a sesiones de formación cuando sea necesario.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist (Massage Specialist) to join our Ibiza spa team and help our clients relax and unwind through the power of therapeutic massage. As a Spa Therapist you will play a crucial role in enhancing our members and guests overall wellness experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish deep tissuemaderotherapy aromatherapy and other specialized treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional spa services ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
- Create a serene and inviting environment in the treatment rooms to enhance the overall spa experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments treatment plans and progress.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Collaborate with other team members such as Front Desk to deliver a comprehensive wellness experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and attend training sessions as necessary.
- Licencia válida como Terapeuta de Masajes.
- Experiencia comprobada como Terapeuta de Masajes idealmente en un spa o ambiente de club de bienestar.
- Conocimiento sólido de diversas técnicas de masaje y sus beneficios.
- Habilidades excepcionales de atención al cliente y comunicación.
- Capacidad para crear una atmósfera relajante y tranquila para los clientes.
- Gran atención al detalle y habilidades de gestión del tiempo.
- Capacidad para trabajar con un horario flexible incluyendo fines de semana y noches.
- Se requiere pasaporte de la UE y/o autorización para trabajar en España.
- Se valorará experiencia previa en las Islas Baleares y conocimiento de las normativas locales.
- Solo se considerarán las personas que respondan la evaluación.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Massage Therapist.
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist ideally in a spa or wellness club environment.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for clients.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
- EU passport and/or authorization to work in Spain is required.
- Previous experience in the Balearic Islands and knowledge of local regulations will be valued.

Required Skills:
Recruitment: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings sourcing interviewing and onboarding. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored job descriptions and candidate profiles. Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards professional networks and social media to build a talent pipeline. Conduct pre-screening interviews coordinate interview panels and manage feedback to ensure efficient decision-making. Monitor and refine recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize hiring processes. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. HR Processes: Design document and enhance HR processes ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices. Required Education:
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related experience as a recruiter Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR communication and interpersonal to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced of Zoho Recruit is a plus
