Position Summary

We are looking for a Temporary Marketing Associate to join our Healthcare Marketing team in Barcelona. This role is a key contributor to the execution of the European marketing strategy supporting tactical implementation and working cross-functionally with Sales R&D Finance and regional marketing teams.

The successful candidate will support product lifecycle management marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives contributing to business growth profitability and market share development.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns in the designated markets.

• Assist in product launches updates and lifecycle management (phase-in / phase-out).

• Contribute to demand generation strategies based on market research and customer insights.

• Execute communication materials and promotional activities ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Sales & Commercial Support

• Support sales teams with tools training materials and competitive insights.

• Collaborate on sales enablement initiatives to improve revenue and profitability.

• Help coordinate customer communication and market-facing initiatives.

Market & Customer Insights

• Develop a strong understanding of healthcare customers through market analysis VOC and field interactions.

• Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and growth.

• Monitor market trends competitors and regulatory environment.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales R&D Finance and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

• Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and ensure consistency.

• Support the creation of high-quality marketing materials and communications.

Operational & Analytical Support

• Track and report key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.

• Assist in forecasting product availability coordination and issue resolution.

• Contribute to digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in a scientific field preferably Biology Biochemistry Biomedical Sciences or similar

• Additional qualification in Marketing is a plus

Experience

• 2years of experience in marketing healthcare or a related field

• Experience in B2C/B2B environments or healthcare sector is a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Digital mindset and interest in marketing tools and analytics.

• Fluent in English; Spanish or other European languages are a plus.
