En GSK Aranda buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a MSAT para trabajar en funciones operativas del área gestionando el control de nuestros procesos y productos la introducción nuevos materiales y componente y resolviendo los problemas técnicos que puedan surgir. Principales responsabilidades
Actuar como experto/a técnico/a de referencia en materiales de acondicionamiento primario y secundario para toda la planta.
Proponer y liderar proyectos orientados a mejoras de calidad eficiencia y reducción de residuos en procesos operativos.
Coordinar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de Cualificación de Equipos y Validación de Procesos manteniendo el estatus de validación.
Ejecutar y supervisar actividades de Verificación Continuada de Procesos y gestión del ciclo de vida de equipos procesos y productos. Gestionar e implementar cambios así como resolver incidencias técnicas.
Participar y liderar actividades relacionadas con desviaciones y establecimiento de estándares de proceso conforme a políticas y requerimientos regulatorios. Mantener actualizado el repositorio de conocimiento técnico derivado de proyectos mejoras y resolución de problemas.
Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas. Colaborar en transferencias de nuevos productos en el área. Actuar como back-up en otras actividades del departamento según competencias adquiridas.
Requisitos
Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Ciencias o similar.
Alto nivel de inglés (oral y escrito).
Proactividad orientación a resultados y trabajo en equipo.
Experiencia en industria. (Valorable varios años de experiencia y en entornos industriales farmacéuticos con conocimiento de normativas GMP).
