The Role & The Team

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in strengthening technical governance compliance and assurance across CNS asset management while working closely with engineering operations and service providers.

In this role you will:

• Support and strengthen compliance with CNS technical standards CASR Part 171 and internal governance frameworks
• Maintain and uplift the technical compliance register and assurance mapping
• Conduct risk-based assurance activities (desktop and field reviews)
• Drive awareness and education of standards and regulatory changes
• Contribute to competency frameworks for CNS engineering and maintenance
• Engage with Asset Service Providers (ASPs) System Technical Advisors and key stakeholders to improve outcomes

PD - Technology Assurance Specialist -

Were keen to hear from people who:

• Have experience in CNS systems engineering or technical asset management
• Understand or can quickly build knowledge of technical governance standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. CASR 171 TMS SMS)
• Bring strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Are proactive analytical and comfortable working in a risk-based assurance environment
• Have (or are working towards) a relevant engineering or technical qualification or equivalent experience

• Influence enterprise-level technical assurance and compliance outcomes
• Build exposure across engineering operations and regulatory interfaces
• Be part of a high-performing assurance and compliance function
