Team Manager (FH)

Daily responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the sprint content for the version in line with the roadmap
• Sprint tracking: estimates risk alerts ticket progress planning and management of unforeseen applications
• Assign topics to the team on the project
• Ensure smooth testing phases with the QA/testing team: capture feedback and plan fixes
• Organize project meetings: Daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective
• Maintain team cohesion and interactions with other teams
• Perform people management for team members
• Work with colleagues to develop them and support their career progression

• Organized rigorous autonomous; you have significant and proven experience in managing large-scale projects in Agile with Product Owner experience
• You are curious enjoy the challenge and want to use your listening and communication skills to move the team forward. Communication with project stakeholders is essential.
