Join the Landside Execution team as a Leader for one of the Single Carrier Truck team and play an important role on our team lifting global trade every day!

You will become part of a Top Team ensuring the best customer experience by guiding the end-to-end inland services team in compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements.

This position is based in Madrid (Spain).

Key responsibilities

  • Ensures the timely departure of import/export cargo as per service delivery requirements.
  • Improves Inland Operations processes.
  • Coordinates with rail line and terminal operations to ensure movement of containers as planned.
  • Maintains data integrity through accurate inputs/updates to all related systems.
  • Implements methods and measures to drive intermodal positioning and storage costs down.
  • Recovers equipment maintenance and repair costs.
  • Manages motivates and instructs all operational team members sets priorities and structures tasks and goals.
  • Provides effective organisation and control of all operations during designated shift period in order to meet planned objectives.
  • Coordinates planning and operations to ensure effective inland operations are set and maintained to ensure throughput.

What we are looking for:

  • Managerial experience would be considered.
  • Background in logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability coordinate all the stakeholders.
  • Passion to drive closures & high-level customer service orientation Customer Centricity.
  • Result orientation.
  • Well-organized when working under pressure.
  • Team player Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results fosters teamwork.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Good command of both oral and written English.
