Talent Acquisition Sourcer Intern

Youll have the opportunity to develop valuable recruiting and market research skills contribute to talent attraction initiatives and help build exceptional candidate experiences. This internship is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition within a global technology company.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn GitHub job boards referrals and other online channels.

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners in building talent pipelines and identifying candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen Operas presence in the talent market.

• Conduct talent market research and provide insights that support sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.

• Coordinate recruitment activities including candidate communication interview scheduling and recruitment process administration.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Psychology Marketing or a related field.

• Available to work at least 20 hours per week.

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition recruitment sourcing and employer branding.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English both written and spoken.

• Organized proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
