Support Specialist Dutch Speaking

Were partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Support Specialists for a remote role based in Portugal.

In this position you will support a major international e-commerce platform assisting customers and sellers with a wide range of inquiries. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality service through phone and email ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience.

• Provide customer support via phone and email ensuring a professional and friendly experience

• Assist with inquiries related to orders deliveries payments and returns

• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear effective solutions

• Act as a point of contact for external sellers supporting their questions and needs

• Provide information about digital products and platform services

• Escalate and route more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal processes

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good English skills

• Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with digital tools and customer management systems

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

• Remote position within Portugal

• Full-time contract with a 40-hour work week

• Paid training (6 days 8 hours per day) with structured onboarding

• Training compensation provided upon successful completion
