Supply Chain Officer (Temp Agency)

RESPONSABILITIES:
The successful candidate will join the Supply Management your role as Supply Officer you will:

• Act as focal point towards the suppliers for operational activities and contract management and as ambassador of the supplier toward internal functions.

• Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for On Time On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance.

• Manage Non Conformity containment (L1) in regards to customer protection and secondary flows.

• Identify the need and create/prepare/eradicate necessary quality inspection plans in close collaboration with SCQM and in alignment with stakeholders

• Provide consolidated forecast to suppliers and ensure that suppliers will have the required capacity. Assess the Supplier capacity capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development.

• Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.

• Work out short term recovery plans and containment actions with the supplier.

• Inform and collaborate with SCQM- Supply Chain Quality Management and support root cause analysis corrective & preventive actions and improvement measures.

• Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects set long term development targets together with the suppliers and in coordination with the Supplier Development Team.

SKILLS:

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.

• Experience: Junior level ( 1-3 years experience)

• Soft skills: Problem Solvings Skills ; Analytical Skills; Capable of coordinating a MFT ;

• Languages: Advanced level in English

• Technical knowledge: Advanced Level in Excel / Gsheet ; Data analysis skills

• Valuable / Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP - MM module
