Strategy & Execution Associate (Energy & Utilities)

Metyis is growing!We are seeking an experienced consultant with 4 years of experience to join our Strategy & Execution team in the Energy and Utilities sector based in Madrid or Barcelona.

• You will interact with C-level at our clients on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change under the supervision of the Project Managers and Directors.

• You will contribute to creating new business solutions via data driven insights client interviews market research analytical models etc.

• You will seize opportunities at the client and at Metyis in our entrepreneurial environment shaping and landing them to become real

• You will become part of a fast growing international and diverse team in a fast-paced growth firm.

• You will play a key role in our project teams supporting the Manager and interacting often with Directors and Partners

• Under the Managers supervision you will conduct market research you will hold client interviews you will develop analytical models and derive business recommendations out of them to drive positive change in our clients.

• You will play a particular role in the data driven analyses as our clients require more and more that analytical base in business related projects.

• You will lead the preparation of meetings workshops and presentation to clients to share progress

• You will receive a thorough training (formal and on-the-job) continuous feedback and a close coaching that will ensure your career advancement within the firm.

• And over time you will be expected to support the development of more junior team members.

• B.A. or . degree in Economics Business Mathematics Engineering or related fields from top-tier institutions with a proven track record of academic excellence.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic or business consulting and a background in the energy industry are a must.

• Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish both written and spoken is required.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• A genuine eagerness to learn grow and collaborate with talented professionals.
