- Proven experience in technical consultancy and service delivery
- Strong expertise in storage solutions particularly in mainframe environments; open systems experience is a plus
- Ability to translate highlevel designs into detailed technical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
- Strong problemsolving ability with a proactive accountable mindset
- Confidence communicating complex technical concepts clearly
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
