Job Summary
Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland as well as Schwarz Production and PreZero. At the same time we operate as an independent provider in the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation. Your Tasks
- Define the product vision and strategy for our security products: Key Management System (KMS) and Secrets Manager.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders to shape the product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to refine product requirements plan features and define release schedules.
- Ensure that product quality meets both customer expectations and our own high standards.
- Monitor product performance and usage analyze user feedback and iteratively evolve product features and capabilities
- Communicate product strategy progress and results to internal teams executives and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in product management ideally within the domain of cloud technologies and security products.
- Several years of experience in product management ideally within the domain of cloud technologies and security products.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with a result-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.
- High level of initiative teamwork and assertiveness.
- Several years of experience/knowledge in the field of IT security.
- Profound knowledge of cloud architectures.
