Heres your chance to join our Global Delivery team as a Sr. Training Operations Specialist in the AWS Training & this role you will orchestrate the day to day operations of regions/verticals within EMEA. You will be a self-starter who can complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance. You are able to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround switch gears at a moments notice and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

Key job responsibilities
Operational Rigor & Productivity

- Orchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person training deliveries across EMEA including contracting trainer resourcing Learning Management System (LMS) setup and billing to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

- Process digital team subscription ensuring timely customer provisioning and access to AWS Skill Builder.

- Evaluate all incoming training requests and assign authorized trainers to match customer needs while maximizing utilization across the region.

- Support trainer shuffles and class rescheduling to ensure delivery continuity. Manage trainer time blocks and availability in LMS.

- Monitor internal hotline channels quickly assess available training options and provide actionable recommendations to Trainers/ Training Delivery Managers when last-minute changes occur (e.g. travel delays trainer unavailability) minimizing disruption to the delivery/customer.

- Maintain high levels of data accuracy across all relevant sources (LMS Salesforce working tools) to ensure reliable billing business metrics reporting and executive decision-making globally.

- Manage end-of-month training delivery billing and support Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable functions for procurement and billing inquiries ensuring on-time and accurate revenue recognition.

- Identify design and implement programs and initiatives to improve operational workflows with limited guidance raising the bar on efficiency and scalability.

- Maintain current working knowledge of key programs platforms and tools (Funding SharePoint LMS Instructor Schedule Salesforce reporting dashboards) and champion adoption of process improvements.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Liaise with cross-functional business teams to support training engagements: including Legal Finance Accounting Tax Compliance Pricing Training Delivery and Sales Operations teams to ensure contractual and regulatory alignment.

- Partner with Training Delivery Managers and Sales teams to support the training delivery business aligning schedules and trainer resources with pipeline demand and priorities.

- Work closely with the Training Delivery Team to manage and optimize trainers schedules confirming cancelling and rescheduling engagements while proactively communicating changes and maintaining relationship trust.

- Manage relationships with external training vendors and freelance trainers coordinating class delivery assignments and ensuring alignment with scheduling needs.

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a team coordination position.
- Exceptional written verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Positive proactive and able to always exercise great judgment.
- Experience in following legal and finance processes related to vendor (supplier or customer) engagements such as contract and Non-Disclosure Agreement issuance and signature PO management (both incoming and outgoing) invoicing and billing.

- Recent experience in a fast-paced multinational technology company.
- Experience in trainer resource management scheduling or operations support.
- Exceptional attention to detail even in highly ambiguous and fast paced environment.
- Strong judgement and instincts. Effectively prioritizes competing training requests; understands when to escalate for definitive prioritization or validation of own recommendations.
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and CRM software (e.g Salesforce).
- Business communication (written and spoken) proficiency in Spanish and English; additional EMEA languages (French German Arabic) are a plus.
