Sr. Marketing Specialist

• In this role you support the Team Lead in planning developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital events offline and print channels.
• You take ownership of coordinating digital marketing activities including content creation social media management email marketing and paid advertising.
• You help organize and promote both in-person and virtual events such as webinars trade shows and conferences.
• Part of your remit is to contribute to the creation of marketing materials including presentations brochures and other promotional assets.
• You monitor campaign performance compile reports and translate results into actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration is key: you work closely with internal teams and when needed with external vendors agencies and partners.
• You ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
• You stay current with industry trends emerging best practices and competitor activities and you share relevant insights with the team.
• You report to the Team Lead Marketing Europe West & South and partner closely with DocuWares global marketing team and the Spanish sales team.

• You are a native Spanish speaker with high proficiency in English enabling clear communication in a global environment; French is an advantage.
• You bring several years of hands-on marketing experience primarily in digital and full-funnel B2B growth/demand generation with exposure to events and offline activities considered a plus.
• You can demonstrate a proven record of supporting or collaborating effectively with marketing leaders.
• You excel at project management and organization comfortably juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• You are proficient with key digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads LinkedIn HubSpot Canva GoToWebinar and the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook SharePoint Word Excel etc.).
• Your written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English are excellent.
• You are self-motivated and proactive and you thrive working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with Spanish or broader European markets is a plus.
