As a Senior Client Partner at Pinterest youll play a pivotal role in building trusted long-term partnerships with our clients. Supporting them in creating value on the only social media platform intentionally designed to be positive and inspiring. You will define launch and drive strategic initiatives operationalizing a vision that deepens relationships and delivers measurable business results. What youll do:

• Build manage and grow strategic partnerships with large customers & agencies
• Lead across many internal functions to create a partner strategy that drive meaningful business results
• Leverage data insights and measurement to build innovate marketing communication plans that reach partner audience targets and achieve partner ROI goals & objectives
• Be an internal advocate for partners by working with relevant teams to respond to partner needs and feedback

What were looking for:

• Solid experience in marketing/advertising/digital with specific acumen across media search data and measurement
• Established industry relationships and experience working with business and marketing leaders within client organizations
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals with large customers in the CPG and/or Electronics industry.
• Ability to translate partner value across various levels such as executive operational creative media and analytics teams
• Eager to drive strong business results and continuously seek innovative ways to deliver impact for clients and Pinterest
• Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor digital acumen and business excellence (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
• Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline campaign management identify emerging trends and recommend optimizations at scale
• Analyze campaign data using AI-powered insights platforms translating findings into actionable strategies for client success
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement:

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means were not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Madrid office.
