Mission:

Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022 a vertical that helps partners power their own delivery channels using our world-class logistics network. As AI & Technical Project Manager youll be the bridge between our partners and our product ensuring a best-in-class onboarding integration and tech resolution experience in the market. Youll also build On-Demands AI roadmap transforming legacy and inefficient processes into scalable automated systems.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

• Process Optimization & AI Identify inefficiencies across On-Demand workflows and drive automation and AI-based solutions to reduce manual work improve accuracy and scale the teams capacity as partner volume grows.

• Partners Onboarding Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new stores new accounts and account information changes: ensuring data accuracy coordinating with Sales/Account Managers optimizing the onboarding flow and ensuring long-tail partners can be self-managed.

• Tech Issues Act as the bridge between the On-Demand business and Tech teams focus on identifying the root causes behind the most frequent partner issues and driving the structural fixes or process changes needed to prevent them from recurring.

• Integrations Manage partner API integrations ensuring integration quality fast turnaround on new partner API onboarding and proactive detection of integration issues.

Qualifications :

You Have

• 3 years of experience in a data technical operations or business operations role with a strong ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive execution.

• Working knowledge of SQL to query analyze and troubleshoot data independently.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate recurring processes not just one-off queries or single use cases.

• Hands-on execution-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action and ownership.

• Solid English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Nice to have: experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

• Nice to have: experience in a food tech or broader tech company environment.
