Job Summary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone Email Chat)
Assist clients with account-related queries including identity verification and account information confirmation
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client
Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer interactions maintaining client satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and share best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in Spanish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (C1 level)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service with a strong customer-centric approach
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred)
Ability to analyze problems think critically and resolve issues independently
Friendly professional and proactive approach to customer service
Experience across various industries such as retail banking or general customer support is beneficial
Comfortable working in rotating shifts and full-time on-site schedules
Adaptable and flexible to changing procedures technologies and customer expectations
Ability to work on 24/7 shift rotation.
