Job Title: Solution Architect
Remote contract - (Spain if Needs)
Preferably candidates from Europe region
Required Skills
- Strong Solution Architecture experience with exposure to Data Platforms Analytics and AI/ML solutions.
- 7 - 12yrs in experience cloud platforms in Finance Payroll HR applications.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Proven ability to engage with business leaders and drive requirements discussions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture initiatives across Data AI and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive solutioning discussions architecture reviews and technology recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and go-to person for both business and technical teams.
- Provide leadership in defining best practices governance and architectural standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients business domain owners and executive stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities effort estimation and strategic technology planning.
