SOC Onboarding & Integration Specialist – SIEM Expert

What are we looking for

We are looking for a SOC Onboarding & Integration Specialist SIEM Expert to join a Security Operations Center team supporting the Log Onboarding Factory for a major international project.

The role focuses on onboarding log sources integrating custom technologies into SIEM platforms connector configuration troubleshooting documentation management and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Location: Spain (Madrid or Barcelona)
Duration: 2 years
Work model: Hybrid 2 to 3 days/week onsite
Languages: English mandatory / Spanish and French are a plus

Mandatory:

Minimum 3 years of experience with SIEM technologies
Strong expertise with Microsoft Sentinel
Experience with ArcSight or other modern SIEM platforms
Strong experience onboarding systems and custom technologies
Experience developing modifying and maintaining custom connectors
Ability to troubleshoot onboarding and integration issues
Experience in Information Security environments
Experience working in complex IT environments
Strong communication and coordination skills
Advanced English level
Experience working in collaborative and cross-functional teams
Ability to maintain onboarding and technical documentation
Experience with connector configuration and logging standards
SIEM expert profile with strong analytical skills

Nice to have:

5 years of overall cybersecurity or SIEM experience
Experience with Linux and Windows administration/troubleshooting
Experience supporting vendors and third-party providers
Experience contributing to solution design and project scoping
Degree in Computing IT Engineering or related field
Spanish and/or French language skills
