As we continue scaling we are looking for SMB Madrid-based Account Executives to support our expansion in European markets while contributing to overall revenue growth.

Role Overview

As an SMB Account Executive you will play a key role in driving Nextails growth across European markets. You will own the sales process end-to-end from prospecting and qualification through to closing new business opportunities with fashion retailers.

Working closely with Marketing Sales Engineering Customer Success and Revenue Leadership you will help prospective customers understand the value of Nextails solutions and support their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify engage and develop relationships with SMB and mid-market fashion retailers across European markets.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage opportunities from initial outreach through qualification discovery proposal negotiation and close.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound activity inbound lead follow-up and effective opportunity management.
  • Customer Discovery: Understand customer challenges business objectives and operational needs to position Nextails solutions effectively.
  • Forecasting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipeline data activity tracking and forecasting within CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Sales Engineering and Customer Success to deliver a seamless buyer experience and successful handoffs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage sales methodologies feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve results.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales as Account Executive roles ideally within B2B SaaS with experience selling SMB or mid-market SaaS solutions typically ranging from 10k-100k ACV.
  • High achiever that has consistently beat quota or made Presidents Club
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory as it is the company language)
  • Fluent / Native in at least a second European language (Spanish Italian French German) (mandatory
  • Experience with the fashion retail industry AI or supply chain management solutions is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment with a strong learning mindset.
  • Location: Madrid-based (or ability to relocate there). Occasional travel required as needed.
