The Person
Experience in food and beverage management
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
Experience in workplace health and safety issues
Strong communication with client staff and customers
Holds a current WWCC or ability to obtain one
Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
Has a current RSA with the knowledge of managing a liquor licence
The Position
Responsible for stock control budgets staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
Plan and organise events
Manage labour and food costs
Lead and manage staff members
Maintain client and customer satisfaction
Perform administrative duties
