Site Manager Industrial & Manufacturing Construction Projects

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to support the delivery of large-scale Manufacturing projects. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful coordination of site operations infrastructure readiness and project execution in pre-construction and construction stage.

Working within a fast-paced project environment you will collaborate closely with clients project managers technical teams and contractors to maintain safety quality schedule and cost objectives across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the delivery of civil construction packages including structural works roofing and façade systems for a unique industrial facility.
• Oversee subcontractors suppliers and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all health safety environmental and quality standards.
• Support the planning coordination and delivery of mechanical electrical and civil infrastructure works.
• Monitor project schedules milestones risks and resource requirements ensuring proactive mitigation of issues.
• Drive effective cost and schedule control while maintaining project performance targets.
• Coordinate closely with project leadership technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Prepare and present project reports status updates and performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions for project planning and reporting where appropriate.

Qualifications :

• Degree or qualification in Engineering Architecture Construction Management Project Management or a related discipline.
• Approx. 5 years experience in construction or project management; experience working on industrial construction projects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations contractor management and project controls.
• Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in digital tools and AI-driven applications for planning reporting and project management would be an advantage.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Availability for on-site work.
