Job Summary
- Provide administrative support to Site Managers Project Managers and project teams.
- Maintain and manage site documentation records registers and filing systems.
- Coordinate workforce onboarding site inductions and access requirements.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance documentation is received reviewed and maintained.
- Manage timesheets attendance records and workforce tracking.
- Process purchase orders invoices delivery notes and general procurement documentation.
- Assist with document control procedures including the distribution of drawings reports and project correspondence.
- Prepare meeting minutes project reports and administrative updates.
- Support HSE teams with training records certifications and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers subcontractors and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and information flow.
- Maintain project databases and ensure all site records are accurate and up to date.
- Support the mobilisation and demobilisation of construction projects.
- Previous experience in an administrative project support or site administration role ideally within the construction engineering or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong organisational and document management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Experience with document management systems (SharePoint Procore Aconex Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar) is advantageous.

Required Education:
Proven experience in a Commercial Manager Bid Manager Estimator Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial role within the construction industry. Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Civil Engineering Business or a related discipline preferred. Experience preparing tenders and managing procurement activities for large scale construction projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts cost management budgeting and commercial risk assessment.
