Service Growth Leader – South Europe
Job Summary
You will analyze the market as well as the installed base to define key commercial campaigns and new offerings that align with customer needs.
This role is structured around two main pillars:
Internal: Commercial growth (new offerings sales campaigns)
External: Market studies merger and acquisition (M&A) projects and strategic partnerships with third-party companies.
The position does not involve direct hierarchical management responsibility but relies on essential cross-functional coordination to ensure project success.
Operational Activities:
- Define the growth strategy for each product line using historical commercial performance the installed base and geographical specificities.
- Identify new solutions campaigns and winning offers.
- Define bundled offerings leveraging the rest of the groups portfolio.
- Define implement and steer commercial campaigns.
- Implement dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and success of campaigns.
- Ensure full alignment with key clients by collaborating with Key Account Managers.
- Coordinate with sales and quotation teams regarding strategy solutions and new customer offerings.
- Propose targets and develop business development plans to drive revenue growth.
- Track opportunities related to new offerings through to realization.
- Propose structure and deploy the external growth strategy (mergers acquisitions strategic partnerships etc.) in collaboration with specialized group teams.
- Develop an internal and external network by optimizing cross-functionality with all departments (Finance Sales Contracts Engineering Internal Control Quality etc.).
- Value and recognize individual and collective contributions from collaborators.
- Collaboratively identify team skill gaps and determine appropriate development paths (training etc.).
- Promote participatory innovation both internally and externally.
- Support risk-taking and foster skill capitalization by developing feedback loops and lessons learned.
- Communicate and share information transparently and participatively with colleagues and management (feedback alerts etc.).
- Travel across Europe to customer meetings and GE Vernova sites several times per quarter on average.

- Internal:All internal teams linked to the relevant projects and offerings.
- External:Clients.
Essential requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Manager role ideally in the industrial sector.
- Bilingual English (C1 level).
- Familiarity with high-voltage specific products: circuit breakers GIS AIS power transformers etc.
- Knowledge of product-specific standards such as IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission).
- Knowledge of our internal contractual and commercial governance rules.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Business development skills with proven track record of identifying new business opportunities based on market analysis.
- Expertise in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce & Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid passport and drivers license.

- A formal educational degree in a technical field or equivalent engineering experience.
