Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management to lead new application development and follow-up support within our Corporate IT team.

The role combines project management responsibilities with a strong focus on coordinating internal teams and supporting the development of key projects and transition to an in-house support model while ensuring alignment with SGSs technical and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal team (and/or support contractors) to ensure delivery of new IT projects in alignment with Stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage internal team to guarantee high-quality application delivery support and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Manage budgets & timeline coordinate cross-functional teams and drive user adoption across the organization at product delivery.
  • Proactively identify project risks and issues developing mitigation plans and escalations where necessary.
  • Support the transition of development and support activities from contractors / vendors to internal teams.
  • Contribute to the long-term stability performance and scalability of the applications under your responsibility.
  • Monitor report and address key KPIs related to application support and development.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies: Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of project management & service delivery
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

Nice to Have

  • Experience in implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment especially Field Services.
  • PMP (Project Management professional) certification.
  • Technical background in application development and/or infrastructure.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
  • ITIL4 Certification
