Senior Test Automation AI

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer (Automation & AI) professional with high proactivity.

Design develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.

Implement unit integration end-to-end API and performance tests.

Define the product quality strategy together with the development team.

Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

Participate in technical reviews and collaborate closely with developers throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Identify quality risks and propose continuous improvements in both processes and tools.

Perform exploratory testing when necessary to discover scenarios not previously considered before automation.

Participate in the validation of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions especially agentic systems and LLM-based applications.

Education: Degree in Computer Engineering Telecommunications Engineering or an equivalent technical degree.

5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering with a strong focus on automation.

Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.

Experience defining and implementing testing strategies for modern applications.

Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

High level of English (daily work in English).

Analytical mindset and quality-oriented approach.

Ability for continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies.

Proactivity and autonomy to research propose and implement improvements.

Attention to detail and focus on finding edge cases and unconsidered scenarios.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with developers.

Good communication skills in English.

Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.

Experience with Pytest. Experience in UI automation using Playwright.

Experience testing REST APIs.

Knowledge of OpenAPI and tools such as Postman.

Knowledge of different testing levels:

o Unit Testing o Integration Testing

o End-to-End Testing

o Performance Testing

o Exploratory Testing

Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working with Git and GitLab.

Knowledge of Docker.

Experience using AI tools in daily work to increase productivity (GitHub Copilot AI-based assistants agents MCP Servers or equivalent tools).

Knowledge of TypeScript.

Experience with Schemathesis.

Experience validating products based on Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or Large Language Models.

Knowledge about evaluation of agentic systems (prompt injection non deterministic behavior workflow validation etc.).

Experience with LangGraph LangFuse or similar technologies.

Knowledge of performance testing tools.
