How youll make an impact:

• Coordinate SCM activities for large projects within the HBU EU organization during the tender stage.

• Ensure SCM intelligence and expertise are leveraged in each tender opportunity.

• Contribute directly to the competitiveness of Hitachi Energys offer to customers.

• Identify and minimize potential procurement risks during the tender stage.

• Ensure a proper SCM handover from tender to execution teams.

• Transfer lessons learned and best practices from previous projects to new ones.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations procedures & guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in a related field.

• 57 years of experience in general SCM activities within project business & 35 years of experience supporting or being involved in SCM during the tender stage.

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

• General technical knowledge of project-based industries (energy oil & gas).

• Ability to adapt to a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

• Full professional fluency in English.
