Within IQVIAs AI and Technology Solutions (ATS) organization we are investing in agentic AI systemsautonomous agents that can reason plan and actto streamline clinical trial workflows and deliver meaningful operational impact. Our agentic AI portfolio has grown significantly with multiple funded initiatives aimed at improving speed quality and efficiency across clinical operations.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of earlystage AInative initiatives focused on applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. These initiatives range from rapid prototypes to scaled solutions and require strong product judgment to evaluate prioritize and mature.

This is a handson product leadership role that blends strategy stakeholder engagement and execution. You will work closely with AI engineering and clinical stakeholders to move quickly from concept to valueoperating comfortably in ambiguity and fastmoving environments.

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations
• Lead multiple earlystage investments in parallel guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify highvalue use cases and drive adoption
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities
• Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile highly collaborative model
• Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed quality and cost efficiency

MustHaves

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex fastpaced environment
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information
• Experience working closely with engineering and data/AI teams
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs prompt design agentbased systems)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in clinical development healthcare or regulated industries
• Handson exposure to Generative or Agentic AI (professional or personal projects)
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChainbased patterns AutoGen CrewAI)
• Experience with cloudnative AI platforms (Azure AWS Snowflake)
