Position: Senior O2C Specialist

Job Description:

I am seeking an experienced Senior O2C Specialist to oversee Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable operations ensuring accurate financial processing compliance and efficient cash collection. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite or Workday) advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to manage stakeholders in a global business environment.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration.

57 years of O2C Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Fluent English (C1) and strong communication skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:0018:00

Salary: 1500 14 months 7.63 meal allowance per working day

Contract: Permanent after a 3-month trial period

Relocation from outside of Spain is provided

Flight tickets are not included in the relocation package.

Relocation support within Spain is available for candidates fluent in German Nordic languages or Dutch.
