Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and oversee global direct tax reporting and compliance activities partnering with internal teams and external advisors
- Manage the preparation and review of tax provisions (current and deferred) in accordance with IFRS
- Assists in managing the group OECD Pillar II obligations
- Reviews international tax returns prepared by third party providers and ensures timely and accurate filing.
- Strengthen tax governance controls and risk management processes across regions
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality
- Support tax forecasting effective tax rate analysis and modeling for strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with Finance Legal Treasury and regional teams to deliver highquality outcomes
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Economics Accounting or a related field; Masters in Tax preferred
- Recognized professional qualification (ACA CPA CTA or equivalent)
- Significant experience in corporate tax reporting and compliance within a multinational organization or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS tax accounting and global tax reporting requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects in a global setting
- Collaborative leadership style with a continuousimprovement mindset
- Businessfluent English
