Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager

Were looking for a Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager to own that self-serve journey. Our ambition is a product-led motion that stands next to the best PLG companies in the world and youll set the bar for it. Youll shape how we position JOIN how users discover and adopt new features and how they move from sign-up to paying customer. And youll build it to run on its own using AI and automation so it scales with our user base not with your hours.

Youll own product marketing for our product-led motion from first website visit to upgrade. Heres what that looks like:

• Own positioning and messaging for JOINs self-serve plans across DACH France and Spain.

• Plan and run feature launches end to end from internal briefing to in-app announcements emails and help content.

• Drive feature adoption: find where users get stuck then fix it with in-app guides onboarding flows and targeted messaging.

• Own all lifecycle flows in : trial activation conversion upgrade retention and win-back.

• Run a high-tempo experimentation program across our website sign-up onboarding and pricing pages and make the winners the new default.

• Build AI-powered systems that run on their own: behaviour-based segmentation personalised journeys research synthesis and experiment analysis.

• Define and own our PLG metrics (activation feature adoption trial-to-paid conversion expansion) together with our BI team.

• Study the best PLG companies and bring what works for them to JOIN.

Youll report to the Head of Product and work closely with Product Managers Design UX Research BI and Engineering. As a senior individual contributor youll set the standard for how JOIN does growth. This role is purely product-led so theres no sales enablement: your audience is our users not our sales team.

• Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for core product-led growth initiatives ensuring clear positioning across user touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with product design and data teams to analyze user behavior and optimize the self-serve funnel.

• Design and run continuous experimentation programs to improve activation retention and expansion rates.

• Translate complex product features into compelling messaging that resonates with users navigating our recruitment platform.

We dont believe in checklists but if most of these apply wed love to talk:

6 years in product growth or lifecycle marketing at B2B SaaS companies with real time spent in a product-led or self-serve motion.

Youve worked at or closely with a PLG company known for its growth engine so you know what world-class looks like up close.

Launch adoption and conversion wins you can tie to numbers and a few honest failures you learned from.

Youve built lifecycle journeys and experiments yourself in tools like Braze or Amplitude not just briefed them.

Strong with data: you write your own queries or build your own dashboards read funnels and design experiments with proper sample sizes.

You build things to last: youd rather spend a week on a system than repeat the same task every week.

Clear sharp writing in English. German is a strong plus French or Spanish a plus.

You use AI to do real work not to churn out content: youve built workflows or agents that segment users synthesise research analyse experiments or personalise journeys and you know where the output needs human judgement.
