About the role

We now have the opportunity for aSenior Fullstack Software Developer to join our Technology Department.

Location: Verisure Tech Hub - Alicante.

The role will be based at our new technology site in Alicante. Backed by over 1700 technologists worldwide and powered by one of Europes largest IoT platforms.

The Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to take ownership of how our systems talk to each other. Youll be at the centre of a growing complex ecosystem designing and building the integration services that keep our products data flows and business processes running smoothly. Its a handson challenge: youll shape new integrations endtoend define how they are monitored in production and ensure they scale reliably as the company grows. Beyond the technical impact youll work closely with nontechnical stakeholders to turn real business problems into elegant engineering solutions influencing how the organisation operates at a fundamental level.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain integration services develop robust services that connect multiple systems with different technologies and data models.

• Design integration monitoring create mechanisms to track integration health and performance after deployment.

• Deliver endtoend solutions contribute across frontend application and database layers when needed.

• Analyse business processes understand workflows identify gaps or opportunities and document them clearly in Confluence.

• Translate business needs collaborate with nontechnical stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose effective technical solutions.

• Ensure code quality define and implement comprehensive unit tests and support deployment and maintenance of developed software.

• Review pull requests uphold high engineering standards and share best practices with the team.

• Support teammates help other developers achieve team goals and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

• Drive longterm operational excellence ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with longterm product health.

Required Qualifications

• Fullstack experience: 6 years across backend & frontend within a modern Java/Angular ecosystem.

• Advanced backend expertise: deep knowledge of Java Spring Boot 2 microservices eventdriven design and async comms (RabbitMQ Kafka).

• Frontend & mobile proficiency: Angular 12 Ionic 6 TypeScript RxJS HTML/CSS Jasmine/Jest Cordova/Capacitor NGRX.

• DevOps & CI/CD tooling: Docker Kubernetes Helm Git Maven JUnit Jenkins Artifactory SonarQube Postman.

• Data & cloud readiness: SQL/NoSQL (MongoDB) OpenAPI Agile/Scrum and experience enabling AIdriven code workflows.
