Senior Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist to oversee complex direct tax and transfer pricing activities ensuring high-quality compliance strong tax governance and continuous process improvement across assigned regions and entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review corporate income tax compliance tax provisions ETR forecasting withholding taxes and year-end tax processes.
• Provide technical expertise on direct tax and transfer pricing matters including intercompany pricing and transfer pricing documentation.
• Support tax audits and act as a key contact for tax authorities and external advisors.
• Identify tax risks control gaps and process improvement opportunities.
• Drive standardization automation and knowledge sharing within the tax function.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Taxation or related field.
• Masters degree or professional tax qualification (preferred not essential).
• CPA CA CFA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 4 years of direct tax and transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax OECD transfer pricing guidelines and tax compliance requirements.

Skills

• Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Exposure to tax technology and automation initiatives is a plus.
